We’re lucky to have a local PLN that is bar none and among them is Ryan Steele. I had the privilege of meeting Ryan several years ago when we fellow assistant principals working at sister schools. I knew then he was a leader who had all the right intent and motivation. For Ryan it’s all about make connections that inspire positive change. So he asks us to reflect on the following question;
Why are trusting relationships so important in education today? What hinders our success in these areas? How can we overcome these challenges?
